Denton BBQ LLC ("Denton BBQ," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit dentonbbq.com, create an account, contact us, or use services and online features we provide.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and information you send us.
• Account information used to create and maintain a secure login.
• Information received from a third-party sign-in provider, such as LinkedIn, when you choose to sign in using that provider. The information received depends on the permissions you approve and the provider's policies.

• Project or business information you provide when requesting or receiving services from Denton BBQ.
• Referral details you voluntarily submit, including the referred business and business contact information, for eligibility review and follow-up.

• Create and manage user accounts and authenticated sessions.
• Respond to inquiries and communicate about projects or support.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, project materials, and service records.
• Detect misuse, fraud, security incidents, or technical problems.

When you register for a free Website Wellness Check, we collect your name, company, contact email, required phone number, public website URL, and the area you want to improve. We store your request so our team may contact you about the specific review you requested. We may also collect campaign attribution (such as an ad source or campaign name) and limited anti-abuse information.

If an instant automated report is available, we submit the public webpage address to Google PageSpeed Insights for Lighthouse analysis. Google may process the URL and related technical observations under its own applicable terms and privacy practices. The automated report is a point-in-time assessment, not a continuous monitoring subscription or a full security audit.

WellnessWatch registration requires a contact email, a valid phone number, and permission to email the requested website report. Two optional, unchecked choices let you request one text message containing a link to the report when it is ready and/or a personal follow-up call from Denton BBQ LLC about that specific report. Neither choice subscribes you to news, website tips, promotional texts, or marketing calls. SMS report delivery will only be offered once our sender registration and messaging safeguards are approved. We record your specific consent choices and timestamps; legacy permissions are not silently converted into new consents. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. When you apply to be considered as an independent sales partner, we collect the contact information, geographic market, professional profile, sales experience, business networks, and introductory statement you voluntarily provide. We send a one-time email confirmation link and record its verification status and timestamps. A link expires after 48 hours. Unverified submissions are kept outside the active recruiting review queue. We use this information to evaluate your inquiry, manage internal recruiting reviews, and contact you about this opportunity. After email verification, we may submit your sales experience, business networks, and introductory statement (excluding contact details) to an AI provider to detect obvious spam or abuse. AI findings are advisory only; a Denton BBQ administrator makes all recruiting decisions. Unverified submissions may be automatically removed 30 days after their 48-hour confirmation period expires. Legacy records without an expiry are eligible 30 days after submission. Submitting an application does not establish employment or a contractor relationship, and it does not authorize marketing texts.

Recruiting submissions are accessible to authorized Denton BBQ administrators and the service providers required to host and secure our systems. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, email jeff@dentonbbq.com. Do not include Social Security numbers, banking details, passwords, or other sensitive personal identifiers in the application.

We use third-party authentication services to provide secure sign-in. If you choose a social sign-in option such as LinkedIn, that provider authenticates you and may provide Denton BBQ with limited account information that you authorize. We do not receive your social account password.

Your use of a third-party sign-in provider is also subject to that provider's privacy policy and account controls.

We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, preferences, diagnostics, and website operation. Some third-party services may set their own cookies when their features are used.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our business, such as hosting, authentication, email, database, security, analytics, and integration providers. These providers receive information only as needed to perform their services.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

When Denton BBQ builds or maintains systems for a client, we may process information on the client's behalf. In those situations, additional project agreements, statements of work, or client instructions may govern how that information is handled.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and the service involved.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate business or legal retention requirements.

You can also manage permissions granted to social sign-in providers through the applicable provider's account settings.

Denton BBQ LLC offers optional SMS/MMS communications for customer care. With your separate, affirmative consent, support texts may include ticket acknowledgments, responses, status changes, and requests for additional information. Clients whose monitored websites or services are enrolled in Denton BBQ SiteWatch may separately opt in to receive monitoring incidents, downtime, restoration, and related service alerts. The two messaging preferences are independent and optional.

If you select either unchecked-by-default consent option, we record the mobile number you entered, the message category selected, the disclosure presented, the source and date of your choice, and related support account information. Selecting a checkbox does not verify ownership of the mobile number; we will verify and associate your number with an eligible account or monitored site before enabling outbound messages. We may use messaging providers to deliver texts and images, and store received support photos in access-controlled systems to process your request.

Mobile information and SMS/MMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in information and consent are not shared for marketing. Service providers working on our behalf may process the minimum information needed to operate and deliver the messaging program; they are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

Message frequency varies with customer support activity and, for SiteWatch subscribers, monitored website incidents. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of messages from our number at any time or HELP for assistance. You may also contact jeff@dentonbbq.com to request changes to your messaging preferences. Opting out of texts does not prevent you from obtaining support through other channels.

Denton BBQ's website and business services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.

Our website may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

When enabled, our client reviews section uses Google Maps Platform to display publicly available review information and links. Your use of Google Maps content is subject to the Google Maps Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Public Google review text, ratings, and author attribution are supplied by Google; we do not offer credits or rewards in exchange for reviews.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date shown on this page.
