Third-Party Services Terms

General terms covering cloud hosts, databases, authentication, payments, messaging, APIs, SaaS platforms, and other independent providers.

Effective September 24, 2026

These are general Denton BBQ service terms. A signed client agreement, statement of work, service schedule, or order controls if it contains different terms for a specific client or project.

1. Use of Third-Party Services

Denton BBQ solutions may rely on third-party services such as cloud hosting, databases, authentication providers, payment processors, communications platforms, low-code platforms, analytics, storage, domain registrars, APIs, and other vendors. These providers are independent from Denton BBQ.

2. Provider Terms and Changes

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, pricing, policies, limits, security practices, and availability. Providers may change or discontinue services, APIs, pricing, limits, or features without Denton BBQ's control.

3. Replacement or Migration

If a third-party service materially changes or becomes unsuitable, Denton BBQ may recommend a substitute, migration, configuration change, or architecture change. Work required to migrate or materially redesign a client system may be separately billable unless included in the applicable service plan.

4. Payment and Regulated Services

Payment processing, banking, communications, identity, and other regulated or specialized services may require the client to accept provider terms, complete verification, supply legal or tax information, or maintain its own provider account. Denton BBQ cannot guarantee provider approval or override provider compliance decisions.

Questions about these terms?

Client-specific requirements should be documented in the applicable proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or secure client legal record.
