Security & Access Terms
Security responsibilities, authentication, user permissions, credential handling, incident response, and shared responsibility between Denton BBQ and clients.

1. Reasonable Safeguards
Denton BBQ uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the services it provides. Measures may include managed authentication, role-based access, encrypted provider connections, limited production access, backups, logging, credential management, dependency updates, and provider security controls where available.
2. Shared Responsibility
Security is a shared responsibility. The client is responsible for authorized-user management, lawful use, device security, password and multifactor-authentication practices under its control, prompt removal of former personnel, and accurate assignment of roles and permissions.
3. Credentials and Access
Clients and users must not intentionally share restricted credentials or attempt to bypass access controls. Denton BBQ may rotate credentials, revoke sessions, require reauthentication, or temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect systems or data.
4. Security Incidents
If Denton BBQ becomes aware of a material security incident affecting a managed client system, Denton BBQ will take reasonable steps to investigate, contain, recover, preserve relevant information, coordinate with affected providers, and notify the client when appropriate under the circumstances and applicable obligations.
5. No Absolute Security
No security program can guarantee prevention of every unauthorized access, vulnerability, attack, loss, or disclosure. Denton BBQ does not warrant absolute security.
