Business Continuity Terms
Continuity principles for keeping managed client systems operable or transferable if Denton BBQ's primary technical personnel become unavailable.
Effective September 24, 2026
1. Continuity Objective
Denton BBQ maintains business-continuity practices intended to reduce dependence on any one individual and to support continued operation, recovery, or orderly transition of managed client systems if primary technical personnel become unavailable.
2. Successor Administration
Denton BBQ may designate qualified employees, contractors, successor administrators, or technology providers to access, maintain, recover, support, or transition managed systems when reasonably necessary for business continuity. Such access is limited to legitimate operational purposes and remains subject to applicable confidentiality and security obligations.
3. Operational Documentation
For managed client systems, Denton BBQ may maintain internal records of project repositories, production infrastructure, integrations, domains, environment configuration, backup arrangements, and transfer requirements sufficient to support administration or transition by an authorized successor.
4. Client Continuity Rights
If Denton BBQ can no longer provide a managed service, the client retains its rights to client-owned data and may request a reasonable export and transition of supported dedicated resources in accordance with the applicable Transfer & Transition Terms and client agreement.
5. No Absolute Guarantee
Business-continuity planning reduces operational risk but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service under every circumstance. Recovery time may depend on the nature of the event, third-party provider availability, access to required systems, and the cooperation of the client or successor provider.

Client-specific requirements should be documented in the applicable proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or secure client legal record.
