The Challenge

Understanding the business problem.

Work-order and inspection information needs to be accessible to staff, including handwritten documents scanned from the shop floor, without adding unnecessary steps.

The Solution

Building around the workflow.

Developed a custom portal tied to Kintone records, with work-order views, inspection forms, document uploads, and a proof of concept for AI-assisted form extraction. Original handwritten scans are retained alongside the structured records.
