Looking Forward to Father's Day

Running a business can make it easy to focus on deadlines, projects, and the next task on the list. That's why holidays like Father's Day are a good reminder to slow down and appreciate what matters most.

This year has been full of change. New projects, new opportunities, ongoing client work, and continued efforts to grow Denton BBQ. Through it all, family remains the reason behind the work.

As Father's Day approaches, I'm looking forward to setting the laptop aside for a little while and spending time with the people who matter most. The plan is simple: family, conversation, and a tri-tip on the grill.

Sometimes the best moments aren't tied to a project milestone or business accomplishment. They're the afternoons spent around the table, sharing a meal and enjoying each other's company.

The work will still be there on Monday. ShopTough will still need attention. Kintone projects will still be waiting. ProBuiltUSA and Angela Jeffrey Salon & Boutique will continue moving forward.

But for one weekend, I'll be focusing on family, gratitude, and making sure that tri-tip comes off the grill just right.

From all of us at Denton BBQ, Happy Father's Day to the dads, grandfathers, stepdads, mentors, and father figures who make a difference every day.
